Crystalline cyclopropane (c-C₃H₆) ice deposited at 80 K onto a cesium iodide (CsI) substrate, and held at 80 K during spectroscopic measurements.
The real (n) and imaginary (k) parts of the complex index of refraction were determined using optical measurements done at a temperature of 80 K, by infrared transmission spectroscopy from 5500 to 500 cm⁻¹ with a resolution of 1 cm⁻¹.
