Components | H2O:NH3 |
Ratio | 4:1 |
Substrate | KBr |
Reference Temperature | 24 K |
Wavenumber (cm⁻¹) | 650 - 4000 |
Wavelength (µm) | 2.5 - 15.385 |
Water:ammonia (H2O:NH3 with a 4:1 ratio) ice mixture deposited at 24 K onto a potassium bromide (KBr) substrate, and held at 24 K during spectroscopic measurements.
The real (n) and imaginary (k) parts of the complex index of refraction were determined using optical measurements done at a temperature of 24 K, by infrared transmission spectroscopy from 4000 to 650 cm⁻¹ with a resolution of 3 cm⁻¹.
