Pure c-C3H6 (1) Ice at 80 K

Description
Sample Type Ice
Components c-C3H6
Ratio 1
Substrate CsI
Reference Temperature 80 K
Wavenumber (cm⁻¹) 500.08 - 5500.08
Wavelength (µm) 1.818 - 19.997

Crystalline cyclopropane (c-C3H6) ice deposited at 80 K onto a cesium iodide (CsI) substrate, and held at 80 K during spectroscopic measurements.

The real (n) and imaginary (k) parts of the complex index of refraction were determined using optical measurements done at a temperature of 80 K, by infrared transmission spectroscopy from 5500 to 500 cm⁻¹ with a resolution of 1 cm⁻¹.
